Submission

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full papers that include title, abstract, introduction, tables, figures, conclusion and references. It is unnecessary to submit an abstract in advance. Please submit your papers in English.

Each paper should be no less than 4 pages. One regular registration can cover a paper of 6 pages, and additional pages will be charged. Please format your paper well according to the conference template below before submission.

Review Process

The submission will first be reviewed for its topic and length, then go through an originality check. The peer-review process will begin soon after the paper is found to be qualified. The paper will be sent to have a double-blind peer review by three reviewers. They will judge the paper based on the theme, coverage, innovation, integrity, depth, and language. If the paper is accepted, notification of acceptance and review comments will be sent to the author via email. The actual review time may be different under certain situations.

Academic Ethics

Papers submitted to the conference should report your original work, unpublished before. They could be either experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable and academic misconduct will not be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following sanctions will be taken:

  1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
  2. Report the author’s violation to their supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
  3. Report the author’s violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics or research funding agency.

FAQs

NO. CONF-SPML 2023 only accepts papers written in English.
NO. But please make sure that your submissions are distinct and sufficiently substantial.
We recommend the authors to write 6 pages including references; however, we still accept paper longer than 6 pages. An extra fee is charged.
The papers will be submitted to EI Compendex, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, DOAJ, Inspec, Scopus, Google Scholar and other databases for indexing.
After the conference, all papers accepted by CONF-SPML will be submitted to the publisher for review and publication, and then submitted to indexing services for reviewing and indexing. The proceedings will be published within 180 days. The specific index time depends on the efficiency of the indexing service review process. The EI Compendex indexing process usually takes less than 12 months after publication.
