CONF-SPML 2021 was held virtually during November 11-16, 2021. A total of 153 qualified submissions had been received and 65 papers were accepted. The papers were submitted by researchers from various countries worldwide, including China, the US, Australia, and so on. As usual, the online conference has invited 15% of our accepted submissions for oral presentations. Prof. Aydogan Ozcan from UCLA, Prof. Tharmalingam Ratnarajah from University of Edinburgh, and Prof. Kim, Hosung from University of Southern California were invited to deliver keynote speeches.
The proceeding of CONF-SPML 2021 has been published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus, CPCI (Web of Science) and other databases for indexing.

In consideration of the pandemic, the 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Machine Learning (CONF-SPML 2022) was held online and the on-site conference had been canceled. A total of 16 papers were accepted and will be published in the proceedings. They had gone through professional peer reviews and were selected from all manuscript submissions received. Prof. Alex Siow from the National University of Singapore, Prof. David P. Woodruff from Carnegie Mellon University, and Prof. Naira Hovakimyan from UIUC were invited to deliver keynote speeches on the online conference. Some authors also made presentation about their papers.
